Edmond Otis is unlike any motivational speaker or employee trainer you have ever encountered. More then simply motivate, he teaches people to be fearless. Not in the sense of taking unnecessary risks, or acting out of character. But fearless in the truest sense; being able to strategize effectively, act decisively, and communicate persuasively - when results are important - and outcomes matter!
As a speaker, Edmond combines cutting edge research, modern psychology, personal experience, and classic martial-art strategies to address our most difficult professional challenges. His unique perspective on being focused, effective, decisive, persuasive - FEARLESS - gives an audience the tools they need to overcome any challenge and achieve any goal.
As a trainer, Edmond specializes in delivering effective hands-on staff and management training programs in Leadership, Achieving Peak Performance, Strategic Thinking, Enhancing Communication Skills, Stress Management, Dealing with Difficult People, and Conflict Resolution. With specific industries his widely used “Safe and Sane” programs introduce cutting edge skills to Anger Management and the Threat of Violence.
